SENIOR CLERKDEPARTMENT OF INSPECTIONAL SERVICESCITY OF WORCESTER    The City of Worcester seeks qualified applicants for the position of Senior Clerk for the Inspectional Services Department. Under the direction of Chief of Operations, the Senior Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service face-to-face, over the phone, and electronically by responding to customer inquiries promptly, providing information, directing callers to appropriate personnel, and/or taking and relaying messages.
