Continental Woodcraft Becomes Women-Owned Business

– Continental Woodcraft, an affiliate of BlueHive Exhibits in Worcester, MA, has recently become a women-owned company as Caitlyn Correia is named CEO.
 
Correia succeeds her father, Paul Hanlon, who previously served as CEO of Continental Woodcraft. Paul will continue to be part of the Continental Woodcraft family as a consultant with his future focus on being a grandfather to Caitlyn’s two young children.
 
After graduating with an MBA from Endicott College in 2012, Correia has held a variety of positions across the organization including roles in the shop, accounting, account management, operations, and marketing.
 
Since becoming President in 2021, Correia’s vision has been set on the company’s future growth internally and externally among the commercial, architectural millwork industry. This includes overseeing the growth and development of employees, maintaining & expanding our general contractor relationships, implementing an all-inclusive ERP system and ensuring the service, production quality, and creative energy provided to our clients is first-class.
