Northeast Properties, founded in 2003, not only manages but owns quality residential & commercial properties throughout Central MA. We have a full staff to help from the start of the showing process, application process, move-in process, maintenance requests, to move-out process.
Our mission is to constantly strive to meet and exceed our tenants' needs and expectations and to provide value to our clients. In the past twelve years, we have purchased and maintained over 500 units and are constantly expanding, not just because we can but because we know we will continue to hold ourselves to a high standard and take pride in providing timely and attentive service to our potential/current residents.
We take pride in all of our properties by maintaining, cleaning, and conducting weekly inspections to ensure the safety and cleanliness of each property. We specialize in rental properties and strive to go above and beyond for each and every tenant.
