There will be presentations from a trusted landlord, a legal service representative covering Fair Housing Laws, and an RCAP Solutions Housing Quality Standards Inspector.

There will be a tutorial for the creation of your “Rental Resume” – a fillable document (provided) in which all your relevant renter information can be stored, preparing you to stand out as a desirable candidate to potential landlords!
