Nonprofit Roundtable: Grant Readiness
New for 2024 is the Chamber's Nonprofit Roundtable! We will be meeting quarterly on various topics to bring our members in the nonprofit sector together around various learning opportunities. Our first event will be about Grant Readiness with Debbi Mallinson of Magic Lamp Consulting. This seminar will be focused on giving nonprofit leaders the tools to navigate the grant process with confidence.
Nonprofit Organizational Readiness: Becoming Grant Ready
The first step to grant writing is to assess your organization's culture, goals, and staffing resources, then review upcoming projects and programs. This information will help determine if your organization is ready to pursue grant funding.
About our presenter:
Debbi Mallinson is a nonprofit business consultant with two decades of experience working. She works with small to mid-sized non-profits, assessing grant readiness, developing fundraising plans, performing prospect research, assisting with program budgeting, writing grant proposals, managing the grant cycle, and developing sponsorship packages.
