We will be hosting a panel discussion about Affordable Housing Creation in Gateway Cities featuring, Eric Shupin, Chief of Policy Executive office of Housing and Livable Communities, Moddie Turay, President and CEO Mass Housing Investment Corporation, Jeanette Tozer, Affordable Housing Trust Manager City of Worcester and Joshua Lee Smith, Partner, Land use and Real Estate Practice Bowditch Attorneys.

Topics will include an overview of housing development in the city of Worcester, an update on housing policy and recently signed Affordable Homes Act, and a summary of funding programs available to support affordable housing stock creation including but not limited to the Equitable Development Fund, Worcester's Affordable Housing Trust Fund and the expansion of the Commonwealth's Housing Development Incentive Program (HDIP).
