That's because the city's urban core operates on an underground redundant electric network which is designed to provide more resilient service to downtown customers and preserve the city's skyline. Downtown property owners are serviced by underground transformers called vaults which are wired to all properties. Adrian will present about the redundant network and the responsibilities of property owners with vaults for taking care of the electrical equipment beneath their building.
