The idea of setting boundaries used to give me chest pain and stomach cramps. I was told that doing so was mean, selfish and would leave me lonely. As I evolved in my self-care practices, beyond bubble baths and manicures, I learned the truth about boundaries and how, when used correctly and used consistently, they are a healthy way to take care of my overall health and deepen my connections with others.

In this talk and discussion, we’ll go over the fresh mindset that will help make boundaries mandatory, review how to create and implement them, and create a plan for implementing them in the top 3 areas of our lives: with ourselves, at home, and at work.
